I just wanted to let you know how much Mike and I enjoyed our fishing trip (4/21/08). Thanks for posting the pics on your website...we really enjoyed 'bragging' to all our friends and family. Even though I am not much of a fisher person, the outing with you was great - I never imagined we would catch so many fish! We cooked the flounder that evening with the recipe you provided to us, it was wonderful - thanks.
We are looking forward to our next trip, and I promise I will not bring a banana with me!!

I wanted to say thanks for the great fishing trip this past Friday. It was more than we could've expected. We had a great time and you were a great guide. Thanks for taking care of my father, father-in-law and myself on our early Father's Day fishing trip. They have both been telling me all weekend how great it was. I'm still hearing about them smoking me on the water.

Thanks for the great time fishing last Thursday. After your great coaching and one trip, my wife, Alice, is now an 'expert' speckled-trout fisher-woman. She is reviewing her schedule and wants to go out and demonstrate her prowess to our middle son next time. Just wanted to send you a note to thank you for a great day of fishing with my dad on Monday! Cost of 5 dozen baby croakers - $33.00 Cost of professional guide for 1/2 day of fishing (who took care of a sort of high maintenance chick - baiting her hook and casting for her) - $300 Tip for a good job by our professional guide (who was ailing from a pulled muscle in his back) - $50.00 Snacks for the morning and sunscreen - $20.00 Watching my 75 year old dad catch the biggest trout he has ever caught, seeing him laugh and enjoy himself, and spending quality time with him and a fun guide - Priceless!! thanks for putting Ben's picture on the internet. We had a great time and I'm sure I lost a couple fish through inexperience, no doubt Ben did too. You were great and I was very impressed with your ability to find fish for us. The trip was well worth the wait and we really appreciate your honesty in counseling us to reschedule the couple times we did. When we go again we'll definately give you a call and I hope the fishing's good in the times to come.

I just wanted to say thanks for the fun time that my father and me had catching speckled trout with you on the morning of July 28th in the Bolivar area. This was the best fishing trip that I have ever been on! You said that you would show us how to catch big trout and you were right! "We all had a great time on our fishing trip. Luck was definitely on our side...but I think the luck was not as much in fishing, but in stumbling upon such a great guide! Neither my wife or daughter had ever caught anything larger that perch or small catfish. They were both thrilled. While my wife didn't say much on the boat, she has not stopped talking about the fishing trip since we got home. The long distance bill for calls to her mom, sisters, and friends may very well exceed the cost of the trip. My daughter was so enthused that is already talking about going fishing again"....W.
